Great free breakfast and convenient shuttle service to/from airport. appreciated the free Wi-Fi, as it made it easy to connect with friends back home. Good location near restaurants and shops.
Room reservation was a mess, they didn't have the room we had booked and offered us a smaller room. The staff wasn't very accommodating and didn't seem to care about our experience.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the good internet connection and delicious breakfast offered at the hotel. the hotel's location was convenient, providing easy access to nearby attractions. I appreciated the shuttle system that provided reliable transportation to and from the airport.
My check-in process was chaotic and the staff seemed disorganized. Despite confirming my airport pickup beforehand, I waited for hours before being picked up, causing a lot of frustration.

The hotel was in a convenient location with good shuttle service to and from the airport. the rooms were nice and clean, and the staff provided excellent service, especially the receptionist Mahder, who was very friendly. the breakfast was also good and there was free WiFi available. it was a pleasant stay.
It's important to confirm airport pick-up beforehand to avoid any inconvenience.
